Scope and Content:

Files consist of oral history records documenting the life and career of Brendan O'Brien (b. 1909), a Toronto- area lawyer. Interview topics include: his childhood in Toronto; Osgoode Hall; changes in legal education; select cases; the Canadian Bar Association. Interview conducted by Christine J.N. Kates. File includes six audio cassette recordings from a series of three interviews and a transcript (183 p.).
