File consists of oral history records documenting the life and career of Frederick MacKay (b. 1900), a lawyer in Owen Sound, Ontario, who joined the Ontario Court of Appeal in 1952, later serving on the Federal Court of Appeal. Interview topics include: World War I; early practice; select cases; Ontario Court of Appeal; Federal Court of Appeal. Interview conducted by Christine J.N. Kates.
