Interview topics include: family background; early childhood and schooling; University of Toronto; University of Toronto Law School; early practice; appointment, High Court of Justice, 1973; appointment to Court of Appeal, 1978; Rules Committee. Interview conducted by Maureen Hyland. File includes nine audio cassette recordings from a series of five interviews, a transcript with index (180 p.), and a photograph portrait of John Morden.
