Interview topics include: childhood; University of London; solicitor, 1959-1967; move to Canada, 1967; articling in Toronto; junior, 1969; Partner, 1974, Rosenfeld, Schwartz, Malcomson, Lampkin & Levine; appointment as Provincial Court Judge, 1982; Charter of Rights; R. v. Patrick McCann; Public Complaints Commission. Interview conducted by Christine J.N. Kates. File includes six audio cassette recordings from a series of three interviews and a transcript with index (191 p.).
