Interview topics include: early years in Winnipeg; law school at University of Saskatchewan; law studies at University of Toronto; move to Ministry of Attorney General, civil; establishment of policy branch (1972); Rand Commission (1966- 1968); COGP; ADAG policy; Ontario Lottery Corporation (1975-1980); Ontario Place; late career. Interview conducted by Cynthia Smith. File includes three audio cassette recordings, a transcript with index (72 p.) and a copy of a release form.
