Series consists of files created by the Office of Indian Resource Policy and its successors in the course of carrying out its responsibility for researching and responding to Native land claims and issues. Included in the files are reports, correspondence, minutes of meetings, relevant historical documents, memoranda of understanding and cabinet submissions. Files are generally arranged in alphabetical order by name of Native band.
